uh... hi
i feel a little stupid for askking this but viewing great flahes from newgrounds is something i love doin and i wan't to do my own... but i don't know how to....
do you use paint and put everything together or some other way?

Yep, S3C is right, You can download a free trail, just google: 'abobe flash' (If I spelled it right)
really it's that easy?

They use a program called, well, flash.
